		<description><![CDATA[Cases like this do serve some purpose - the amusement of those who have to read them.  They make light in what can be a very tedious task.

On the actual case: a very risky defence.  Potentially opens them up to issues around Trade Descriptions etc.  On top of that there is the potential loss of sales that making such admissions in open court can lead to in this health conscious society that we live in.]]></description>
