I know, it certainly sounds like Tomlinson was not a very well man but it&#039;s a bit irrelevant — it&#039;s not alright to tip sick people over the edge by knocking them over. Regular people have to take their victim how they happen to be. 

It seems to me that in the heat of the moment the officer got annoyed by this guy who was being annoying and pushed him and it turned out that he pushed a sick man who died a short while later. It&#039;s not murder but there&#039;s an argument to be made that it&#039;s manslaughter and I think a jury should have had the chance to listen to it.]]></description>
